In this special workshop, renowned artist Ellen Durkan will teach students how to sculpt a beautiful, decorative, hook rack. Techniques used in this project are the same techniques Ellen uses in her runway fashion art, and are a great introduction to Ellen’s unique techniques and work style.
This workshop is a full 8-hour day, and a great fit for students with some forging experience who are ready to step up their skills!
This workshop is beginner-friendly; students for this class need to have taken at least a beginner course in blacksmithing.
All natural fiber clothing, closed-toed shoes, and a signed liability waiver are required for this class.
Ages 12 and up.
